ARE U STRESSED TO INSANITY?

Yes...its now general knowledge and everyone now knows that the standard of EVERYTHING has risen. ERP starts appearing in our heartlands, Prime minister got greedy and our GST went up, Price of things proportionally went up too. But some things that should not rise, yes, it happened...over the years the standard of education in our beloved country has risen too. Now my sister is using calculator in her primary school and the questions she is doing in P5, i did and had trouble with it during PSLE. Then now it comes to us. New syllabus, it has its pros and cons. But whatever the case, O level is shifted earlier...which means: 1) Less time to study to challenge the likes of Tee Kwan and Bryan. 2) Less time to play

So as newspapers print articles after articles of teenagers going ku-ku, mentally unstable, distressed, depressed, suicidal...we have to learn to somehow counter the intense stress we are exposed to. Examples of such activities are:

1) Sports: football, basketball, netball, badminton, volleyball... u name it.

2) Do something u love. Whether it is sports, computer gaming, playing chinese chess....or worst, more studying.

3) Banging ur head on the wall. This is not a MUST. But thats one way to remove the pains of stress...physical pain to your skull...(ever heard of fighting fire with fire?)

haha. of course this meaningless post is to just take up space and in Jolyn Chia's words: "spice up the blog". But anyway...here comes the highlight of the post. My conclusion is...whatever the case...please do not do anything RASH no matter how distressed you are. (We do have counsellors in school for you to seek help you know? )...anything rash like:
haha...inference question. What can u infer from this picture? lols.

-nuff said. DanielChan. (dammit. 3-0)

Man.Utd VS Liverpool 23/3/08 - 9.30pm

"I love the Liverpool games, I must admit," said Sir Alex Ferguson on Friday."There’s nothing better for me and my players, particularly the older ones who've experienced it many times like Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes and Rio Ferdinand.
"I think the Liverpool game brings out a certain anticipation in our players and they'll be anticipating a difficult game. Liverpool are very strong defensively and people are talking about the Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres partnership."
"We know about Gerrard of course, he’s been on the scene for a long time and has also played in many of these derby games. Torres has scored twenty-four goals so far in his first season in the Premier League and I’m sure Rafa’s delighted with that return. We have to do our preparation tactically but if we play to our form, we’ll have a good chance."
"Ahead of what some are calling 'Grand Slam Sunday', the United manager acknowledged the later game between the other challengers for the championship, Chelsea and Arsenal."
"The three of us in the title race have all got hard games and none of us are certainties to win. Sunday's results won't be decisive but if we win and Arsenal and Chelsea both lose, it will be a big day for us! But seriously, the team that shows real consistency now will win the league. Hopefully we can do that.” By Sir Alex Ferguson.

1) Kotex was first manufactured as bandages, during WW I. (running out of bandages red cross? dont worry...you have kotex!)

2) Einstein couldn't speak fluently when he was nine. His parents thought he might be retarded. (haah! so stop making fun of Jason okay??!!)

3) In Los Angeles, there are fewer people than there are cars.

4) You're more likely to get stung by a bee on a windy day that in any other weather.

5) An average person laughs about 15 times a day.

6) Research indicates that mosquitoes are attracted to people who have recently eaten bananas.

7) The average person is about a quarter of an inch taller at night. (yes shimin, its true...so that means u dont look like Mas Selamat at night)

...and thats it for today, tune in tomorrow...(no wait...how do u tune in on the internet)...*ahem*...Hypertext Transfer Protocol or HTTP tomorrow for more IRRELEVANT information in DDDII!
